Philosophy
Brian Burrows, Principal Instructor - 6th Dan So Hombu, says:
"...I believe that Aikido is only achieved by hard work and dedication and through this you find yourself becoming a better person, therefore Aikido spills into your daily life. Many do not achieve the goal they seek for numerous reasons, one of which and probably the 'main player' is ego..."
